Preparation & Foundation

  • Secure clean site title; complete impact assessments
  • Form the community advisory board
  • Obtain all regulatory approvals
  • Register the company and recruit core management

Infrastructure

Renewable Energy System

  • Install solar PV and commission battery storage — live before any other phase begins
  • Construct biogas digesters and gas piping
  • Train energy technicians; validate grid integration

Production

Model Farm Development

  • Construct fish ponds and animal housing
  • Stock ponds; source foundation breeding stock
  • Launch first community training programmes

Hospitality

Cottage Construction

  • Structural work and traditional thatched roofing
  • Landscaping, trails, restaurant kitchen
  • Recruit hospitality staff; soft opening

Value Chain

Value Addition Centre

  • Construct the food-grade processing building
  • Install processing lines; certify to UNBS and HACCP standards
  • Develop packaging and distribution agreements

Launch

Full Operations

  • Grand opening with government, investors, and community
  • Full marketing rollout; farmers onboarded
  • First quarterly review; plan Year 2 expansion

Phase One starts with a title deed and a first gift.

Site preparation, regulatory approval, and the community advisory board all need funding before the first pond is dug.
